Certified collection at our Augusta office, or at your home, care facility or workplace. Samples go to certified partner laboratories; results reach your provider, whether that is your doctor, your employer or a court official, through the lab's portal.

We come to you
Certified blood draws at our office, at home, in care facilities and workplaces, delivered promptly to your laboratory.
Requirements
- A signed physician order or lab requisition. Bring it to your visit, or ask your doctor's office to fax it to us.
- Fasting as directed by your care provider. Where a test calls for it, this is usually 8 to 12 hours, water only.
- Plenty of water in the 24 hours beforehand. Hydrated veins make the draw quicker and far more comfortable.
- Photo identification.

DNA collection two ways: court-admissible chain of custody, or private Peace of Mind. Early prenatal gender reveal is collected here too.
Requirements
- Photo identification for every adult being tested.
- For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent and attend.
- No fasting is required.
- Court-admissible testing follows a strict chain of custody: we verify identity, photograph each party and take a thumbprint at the appointment.
- Peace of Mind testing needs no identity check, and its result cannot be used in court.
- Early prenatal gender reveal needs at least 6 weeks of pregnancy, and no biological males in the room during collection.

DOT-regulated and employer-directed urine drug collection, at our office or on-site at your workplace.
Requirements
- Government-issued photo identification, such as a CDL or driver's license.
- Your Federal Chain of Custody Form, if your employer issued one.
- Please do not empty your bladder for at least one hour before your appointment window.
- Urine collection only.
Wellness
Testing
Know your health · Live better
Baseline and monitoring panels for corporate wellness programs, at our office or on your premises.
Requirements
- No preparation for most panels.
- Fasting only where your particular panel calls for it. We will tell you when we confirm the visit.
- Photo identification at on-site corporate events.
- Individual results go to the employee alone. Employers receive anonymous, aggregated reporting only.

We come to you, or you come to us
Meet a certified collector at our Augusta office, or one arrives at your home, facility or workplace, with chain-of-custody handling where it's required.

Results reach your provider
We deliver the sample to a certified partner laboratory. Results go straight to the provider who ordered the test, your doctor, your employer or a court official, through the lab's own portal.
We collect. Your certified laboratory evaluates. Premium Certus Lab Express is a specimen collection service. Every sample is evaluated by the certified testing laboratory your provider designates, and your results are reported to that provider through the laboratory's own secure portal.

Premium Certus Lab Express is led by a medical laboratory scientist with over four decades of global medical laboratory practice, in the United States and abroad, including hospital laboratory work across Georgia.
She has directed university medical laboratory services, designed a national certification program for medical laboratory scientists practicing abroad, and contributed peer-reviewed research to international journals.
